Man I have soooooo MUCH T-...
Yeah. Well, I really did feel like hella catching up the other night when I got home from Derrick's, but then blogger's server was all like "Typing three words per minute? Are you outta yer dag-nabbed mind? I'm old... I'M OLLLLLLLLD!" *Jowls all flappin with every shake of his rotten head* So slow. I decided I'd better not.
But yeah, hangin with Derrick was fun. I showed him the video of the party that occurred mainly after he left and he got a kick out of it. He's in a pretty shitty place right now but I'm proud that he's kept his head up. Obviously there are days where the spirit droops further than *insert obvious joke about aging woman's chest here*, but I know what he's going through. Not only the physical trials of therapy and being chained to your house and all, but the mental aspects of his situation as well. Yes, the obvious mental strain of being left alone for so much of the day is tough, but he's also going through some rough personal realizations as well. Since I've been there, I can honestly say that if I got through it alright (eventually), Derrick can fuckin' breeze through this with his eyes shut... Like real tight... And him all walking into shit because his eyes are all closed. EVEN THEN, he could get through this because... Well because he's Derrick damnit.
In other news... Finished editing "Marewhat Bayanokh" and am now looking forward to building a track AND a crane for me to play with on the next (more "steamy") video. It's in a club which we have rented out for two days and it will be the most elaborate shoot I have done to this date. Vicky is choreographing the dance (and most likely will dance with some studly guy all feelin' her up in it) with Heather. It should be a fun three days (despite the fact that I am not getting paid nearly enough for the job).
Erin, Lynn, Melissa and I saw "Pirates" last night... Ummmm... Yeah. Waste of time... A LOT OF TIME. 2 and a half hours to tell a frickin' "pirates" story?! Whatever. I pretty much need to see the third one. Hopefully it'll follow the trend of trilogies lately where the first is the best, the second SUCKS MAJOR ASS and the third is a good ending to the story (I speak of TLOTR trilogy). I think my mom and I are going to see "Raiders of the Lost Arc" tonight. THEY ARE RE-RELEASING IT IN PLACES FOR THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY!
Vicky and I went to the beach a couple days ago and it was great. Again. Afterwards we were going to go to Siam Pasta on Western & Howard, but on the way there, we found another Siam Pasta on Dempster & Chicago. It was great. Really cosy little place with a nice patio outside overlooking the street and much of downtown Evanston.
Had another doctor's appointment two days ago for my shoulder. So far so good. I thought that after these last two set-backs in the throwing program I would need to go under the knife again for sure. But he did a few simple exercises and told me that I was in great shape considering the 'extensive amount of surgery' I had in there. So I maybe slept on it wrong or I still don't have the muscle memory in the shoulder responsible for throwing a baseball yet. So I need someone to throw a football around with for a couple days and then restart my throwing program. Dr. Nicholson still thinks I am playing baseball in september... Hmmmmm...

Party Time!
Great. Party. Last night. In honor of Blaszczyk's 21st, we went to Binny's, got $75 worth of liquor and held a shindig at my place. Vicky, Heather and Ashley were there. Erin and Lynn showed up, that was awesome. Mel, Anne-Marie (a new girl!), Steve, Rich and DERRICK came out. Molly brought Luke, who was pretty damn anxious to drink. He was a lot of fun, though.
We played beer pong and flippy cup and I eventually brought out the video camera. Man that shit is incriminating.
Derrick coming out was probably the highlight for me. Seeing Erin and Lynn finally this summer was up there too. Then ofcourse Steve and Molly mending fences was a nice addition to a night of debauchery. It was an all around good night.

$$$$$...
Where am I going to get such signals of wealth? Now that my sister has graduated HS and is off to college, I am left here as that creepy guy who lives with his parents. I keep saying that it has been because a series of unfortunate events (surgery, becoming a film student, etc...), but I really just need to get a job. The problem is that I already have one. One that works me 60 hrs/wk one week and 0 the next. Oh. And none of those hours are PAID hours. Nonetheless, I am left with a dwindling bank account and an exhausted pair of legs that feels like I bought them at a thrift store for 25ยข.
ALSO...
My house has been left to me for the next two days. I want to throw a party in Blaszczyk's honor but it will probably just end up being a few guys playing Guitar Hero and Halo in my basement while drinking Bacardi melon & Cokes... Wait, that sounds like a great party...

Good Times...
So Molly, Blaszczyk and I got a little drunk tonight and played MLB 06: The Show and Katamari Damacy. Good times. We kinda all crashed while watching Shrek and playing a drinking game. I think we all won because I don't know if I'm still drunk or just REALLY tired. Bacardi Watermelon is soooo delicious. Bacardi orange shots chased by Fanta and Bacardi orange weren't that bad, either. But I liked the melon/pepsi combo better.
...
Can't wait to buy NINTENDO Wii this fall. So going to be worth the $200... omg.
